When connected to Server, “ipconfig /flushdns” will only clear local DNS cache.
Will also need to clear DNS cache on Server,
Go to DNS in Administrative Tools, view, advanced (to see cache), then Action, Clear Cache.
Then flush Server DNS client cache using “ipconfig /flushdns”.
